College of Physiotherapy, Rajahmundry, one of the premier private Physiotherapy Institutions in the country & recognized by MCI / Govt. of India is affiliated to Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. Physiotherapy is a health care profession which adopts various physical approaches / methods in the prevention, treatment and education of individuals. College of Physiotherapy is one among the top Physiotherapy institution in the state of A.P. College of Physiotherapy was established in 1998 as the IV PT college of the state, duly recognized by Govt. of A.P and affiliated to Dr.NTR UHS-Vijayawada. College of Physiotherapy was elevated to PG college from the academic year 2003-04. The year in which P.G course was introduced in the state of A.P. College established & maintained by GSL trust. Under the leadership of Dr.G.Bhaskara Rao. College of Physiotherapy is attached to GSL General Hospital ( 1000 bedded ) and Swatantra Multi Specialty Hospital (250 bedded ).
